Dr. SHIVA the government gives dental insurance to the people/ children and elder but the Dentist do not do their job, only run a bill and do not fix correct the cavities, they wait until the teeth are beyond the scope of support so they have to pull out the molar or tooth. Doctors charge for appointments and don't work. You are a different level of conscious human being that cares.
