Nice repaired truck, no doubt about it. But that salvage record on the title greatly depreciates the value of any vehicle. Even straight from Fitzgerald, this trucks are not worth what they sell them for. They are grossly overpriced. You have 20+ year old detroit blocks on them. I will not even post what I think this truck should be selling for, because the fella youtuber might feel insulted. Hopefully he can sell this truck at his asking price. Personally and based on truck price trends, this truck should be selling around the $ 55,000.00 mark. Also, in 2022, ALL TRUCKS must be retrofitted with some kind of exhaust Catalitic converter, or it will not be allowed to operate on US Higways, that's a $ 4000-$ 6000 retrofit. If you don't believe it look at the California Ports truckers 5 years ago. So for all practical purposes, any owner operator today will be much better served by buying a good used cummins powered late model truck with 475 HP and 13 Speed on the $ 50,000 range. And save the $ 37,000 for tires, brakes and future repairs, not to mention the interest on a loan like that. It is a shame that Detroit killed the s60 engine, so, given that fact, Cummins now comes in as a good second place to replace the 60 series for Us looking to replace our aging trucks. Plus, you can go to California and make some $$$ with a newer truck, this is something you can't do with a Glidder, because they are banned. I've seen a fleet auction off 5 2016 units clean title with 300K miles at $80K half a year ago and all those had Tripac Evolution APU on them. A fool will buy something like this at this price point.
