In this episode we rebuild a 2015 Ford Transit service truck that had front end damage. The Ford Transit had front end damage that included frame damage. First thing to do was to repair the frame after that new parts were installed then it was off to paint. Assembly time was ready to go. We repaired the truck back to spec and it ready to be used again.

I love this format. Not as a replacement to the others, but as a supplement that doesn’t need commentary or tons of editing on smaller jobs.

PLEASE CHECK 1) about right lamp's above and left. You must see gap. 2) Disel load cover missing 3) Front tyres are diffent sizes.

I used to do Lazer jig work in the 90 s wish we could still do the stuff now like you lads are doing I watch all the good ones like this go to Poland an other place to be repaired as we can only do c,d now.

Can't believe you bought all those new parts! Here in the UK the smart move would be to take the body off the rear and fit it to another chassis cab, then sell off all the good leftover parts. You might have even made enough from the sale of the parts to pay for the donor truck.

Not the Transit I was expecting. Looks great would make a great shop truck to pickup future builds, but I am guessing it is for a customer. Great work as always.

Front chrome wheel covers, tint the windows and get rid of the decals and sell it. That bed alone was 20k plus when new.

Great lil rebuild between major project granted any rebuild wither it a Ford Transit or a Dodge Rebel is a major under taking. But as a video of what some might not enjoy a full series on, it was nice seeing it. Keep up the great work and God bless and keep yall safe.

I slowed the speed down to 0.25 and it was just right (for me) and these are great to watch thank you. Have to tell you the Transit has been an icon on British roads since the 1965. They were designed here (from an American concept) and built here as well as all over the world. In the '60s and '70s any popular band of the day HAD to have a 'Trannie van'. Indeed the word 'Transit' has come to mean any van here. Hugely popular. Sadly Ford basically did the shit on the UK about 15 years ago and closed all their plants here. But they like to sell us their cars and vans ... And I was intrigued how you came to have a German number plate on the wall?

A lot of vehicles get "totaled" by the insurance companies when they don't want to be bothered with the paperwork and shop costs to repair or rebuild it. I've owned several vehicles with rebuilt titles over the years and have had no problems with any of them. It all depends on the shop that does the rebuild and how careful they are in the process. All carry rebuilt titles and have no warranty of any kind except for the airbag recall. The truck I drive now has a rebuilt title and has close to 70,000 miles on it (4,500 when I bought it) and absolutely no issues whatsoever. Again, not All rebuilds are bad vehicles.
