In Part 2 of the WRECKED First Generation Toyota Tacoma rebuild, we tear out the condenser and the radiator support. We decided to install a Brand New Timing Belt Kit with the Water Pump and then test fitted all the new parts. We bust out the welder and weld in the new Radiator support put on some shiny red paint and some Upol Clear Coat. It turned out pretty nice.

Great work on one of the best trucks ever made. As a painter I have to add if you use a sealer on that hood you'll get better color coverage with way less material, so blending those fenders would have been possible.

Did the paint turn out ok? Did you get a lot of dust and bugs in the clear coat?

The paint turned out really great considering it was painted outside. There was a few specs here and there from the dust and pollen but all in all it turned out great
