Hello Sebastian as Tom H said this has to be close to a Wright off with all the hours striping down and rebuilding just the front end alone without the alignment and anything else you may find when you tack the catwalks off these trucks of today bend so easily and it doesn't tack long before you have something that's repairable then becomes financially to expensive to repaire, this is another great video thank you Sebastian your the man.

Subscribed just over a month ago, really enjoy watching trucks being repaired, this is totally different to cars being put back on the road. There is more engineering involved in the parts and it good to see how these trucks are bolted together like one big meccano kit. Great content. Keep going. Loving it.

The firm i worked for had these and 2 were involved in accidents like this after they were recovered we never got them returned so do not know if they were repaired as they were on lease. There was 1 at a repairer in Deeside it was like a meccano kit they had people from Germany to help put it together, parts were laid out on the floor.

Hi Sebastian We have been waiting since early December for a Merc Econic radiator and they still cant give a date! Keep up the good work.

Welp. I did a repair job on a actros like this one a month ago and it was my first Actros I worked on. it was hit in the middle, the bumper bar was broke in half the radiator and intercooler were bent in a V. And we had to wait a whole month for a new radiator. And I replaced both headlights supports (the big side ones) and the bumper plastics. Which I painted twice because they were badly sanded for painting.

Sebastian, who goes through all of the parts lists and does the ordering? It must be a nightmare to keep track of what's needed!

Mercedes cars are a nightmare at moment for parts never mind the trucks. Do you use audatex for your assessment got good have coverage now. This will be repairable due to inflated prices and stock issues unless no parts a/v

I have a truck l need repaired mate. Was involved in a similar accident but l think it has less structural damage but ofcause will now after it has been stripped off. How can l get hold of you.

15 minutes in a i'll be surprised it this get's repaired...

I remember looking at a merc chassis about 15 years ago and all the holes in it make them look like a piece of Swiss cheese. No wonder this has bent like a banana and it was only hit by a car. God help it if it had hit something harder. Its going to be like a maccano set to put back together what with all those silly brackets.

I understand having people employed is a good thing. But seriously?! Having a bracket with another bracket on top of yet another bracket??
