Those abandoned buildings in Sihanoukville likely won’t be demolished anytime soon since the demolition costs are more than the land is worth. What’s left is poorly built , poorly maintained garbage in a “town” with a shocking reputation that nobody wants to go to. If the place becomes a demolition zone & then a rebuild begins…….who wants to visit a rabble like that. Wow……take a holiday at a dusty construction site. Sihanoukville was doomed to failure the day the Chinese criminal swill arrived & it won’t change.
