This ute has kept me following you, reminds me of a simpler time, when you weren't an influencer just a bloke giving RU-vid a crack, bringing us some badass builds. Still my fav even if you've "made it", ps Mitch is a beast!

I love the show and credit to ya for doing it, I'm only saying this because I like the show but if u want something to last rust free after blasting it use gloves honestly the sweat and oils in our paws make it rust some people aren't to worry but I assure you that's where your paint will either flack first in time or bubble up with rust and it's honestly from not using gloves once blasted, even moisture in the air will do it, but love the show and watch all ya eps since the ls motor swap just thought I'd let you and all the other boys know

i made the same mistake painting my chassis gloss black, just hit it with satin spray pack for a final coat and its come up mint, havent noticed any shiny black coming through yet

After having rebuilt old chassis and having them sand blasted why did you not remove all bolt on items ? Sand blasters I know will put a primer on to stop surface rust …

My first video of your Sam was the start of this ute getting built back in WA in the back yard. was a great way to get some ideas of what and how to do things in my GQ. haven't watch as much after you getting all influencer in qld. Haven't enjoy the videos as much as it feels like the videos are for teenagers ( for the meme talk is annoying for me ) best of luck with the build mate you could of gotten the chassis galvanised would last a life too mate
