This was my first Eurovision, I was just 10 years old and I completely fell in love with this festival, 12 years later I’m deeply sad about what is happening
Pretty sure this was also my first Eurovision. I still remember Jedward. Even if the EBU is destroying stuff. The artists still made 2024 my favorite year together with 2015 and 2021.

+Đor Đe Well, it's funny, but compared to the preceding 7-8 Eurovisions, this one seems so bland to me...! (Just watch all their recaps in a row, and you'll see! :)) But yeah,hopefully 2016 will be a great year :)
+theeasyma I agree. It´s been 4 years and I still remember this edition and listen to some songs. And then next year we had the WORST, i don´t like any song.
When did you think the glory days were then? Most 2000-2008 songs were borderline unlistenable in my opinion. I agree that more songs should use their own language, but a song with non-English elements won this year for the first time since 2007, so they'll probably be many more native language songs in 2017.
I still think 2012 was the best eurovision until now 'cause almost each country had amazing songs! I love UK, Lithuania, Russia, Cyprus, Italy, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Sweden, Spain, FYR Macedonia and Serbia. And my country Germany was in the top ten for the last time...
I kinda forgot about it after that year but it randomly popped up somewhere recently and I actually memorized it all. such a great and singable(?) song lol
Azerbaijan did a great job as host country for the ESC, and I think this year had the best songs in the history of the ESC. I mean, look at Spain, Italy, Iceland, Cyprus, Sweden, and Albania's entries. Amazing!!!

I like the songs from: UK, Lithuania, Iceland, Italy, Estonia (best male vocal), Azerbaijan (best female vocal), Denmark (Grammy-worthy), Sweden (best performance), Germany (also Grammy-worthy), Malta (best dancing), Macedonia (best high-note), Serbia and Moldova. Overall a strong Eurovision year!

KUULA, maybe one of the best songs ever sung in the Eurovision. Of course I didn't understand a word at the first time. But so much emotion and know how in the way to interprete. Would have be a worthy winner, too.
So many good songs this year. Sweden, Iceland, Estonia, Albania, Denmark. Germany, Italy, Cyprus. Too many to chose from. I thought Spain's song was fantastic.
The quality of the entries in that year is the best in the decade (even since 2000). It would be the perfect show but the WEAK POINT was the hosts (I'd rather the Dussendorf 2011 ones), but anyway enjoyed it :)

Because is a Quality Song, She is really Talented, has a great voice, she wrote herself those amazing lyrics, because the melody is so lovely, because the performance was so emotional, Great Stage effects, and camera work was great too,because She was the Favorite of PROFESSIONAL Jury,and Because she deserved Top 5.
The design of the screen is realy beautiful. I would love to more like this from future host countries. Also the stage was good too. It doesen't feel too small or large.
