My grandma used to tell me many of suggestions you’re explaining. I was little and I thought she was just so sweet and loving and all of that was just in her mind. She was a spiritual person. We still connect though dreams and now I believe she was correct. ❤🙏
My siblings were getting together for a dinner yesterday. While we do love each other, our points of view vary greatly and sometimes spark discord. Toward the goal of keeping peace, I called in our deceased parents to be there among us. Immediately I received a message that sounded in my mind like “Oh, we are always with you” and right then the star flew off the top of my Christmas tree landing across the room! Pretty sure it was my dad saying “See! I’m here!!”😂😍🌠 Thank you Sonja!🙏💕
Amazing, I called and asked for a sign, I walked upstairs and laying next to my husbands side of the bed was an earring that I thought I had lost at work months before… it was plain as day and I vacuum so for it to randomly out in the open where it was, an amazing experience that was a definite answer to me!! 😍

I have been seeing 4s everywhere! Yesterday, I was awoken suddenly at 4:44am and then at 4:44pm we had our water sensor go off in the laundry room. Getting gas, my total was 44.47. I appreciate their signs and try to remember what I was thinking about when it came up to make a connection with a message they are sending me. I believe they want me to know they are around to help me find balance. And, I do feel supported! Thank you Sonia for sharing your love and wisdom.
I did just happen upon you, but I don’t believe that it was an accident and all I wanna say to you is thank you thank you thank you I have so much gratitude for your wisdom, because I have felt so alone and not knowing who to speak to about exactly what you’re describing… This was so helpful to me more than you could ever know …❤❤❤ There is one more thing I would like to add is that the energy that I am feeling in my immediate environment meaning my community is so heavy but it’s not necessarily a positive one. There has been a tremendous amount of anger people yelling at one another the way they’re driving is with out Thought for themselves and other people safety impatience and rushing, rushing rushing and I pick up on this and I have the need to go home for a day or two and just relax my nervous system from all this input even if I’m aware of it, there’s no way to avoid that my nervous system automatically reacts. But the point that I’m trying to make is that whenever I go through the most difficult of times emotionally, that’s when I see the numbers constantly usually sequences of ones up to fours but mainly 1’s.. I never ever thought that I would actually be able to feel something in my presence guiding me, and then I feel very peaceful and calm and then I walk out into the world again lol and revert right back to feeling extremely unsafe … I understand we’re supposed to call in our guides, but I find it almost impossible to go out for the day and not pick up on the heaviness of what is going on around me … I actually planned out to be in certain places at certain times to avoid crowds and traffic. I have to go to the park because that’s the only place where peaceful in nature and that’s where everyone else is going to find the same solace. So forgive me for venting, but at the same time, it feels so validating to listen to this, and know that what I’m feeling is on par
Hang in there!! I had some frustrating experiences in my community today. As I felt the bad mood trying to take hold & the heaviness all around, I did some breath work in my car, tried to raise my vibration...bad mood averted!! Yaya!! 🎉❤

As I was driving in my car listening to your video. I talked out loud to my guides and immediately felt my crown chakra tingle. I’ve had trouble asking for help because I do t know what to ask for. As I’m typing this, they are telling me that that I what I need to let go of. It ties into feeling like I’m bothering them. I need to be more assertive with asking for help. My guardian angel isn't there to make me feel good. He's there to make sure I make it. I was growing but not fast enough. My guardian angel put me to sleep while I was riding my motorcycle. The bus driver of the bus I hit said I was driving drunk or asleep. Four months was a fight for my life and over a year before I took my first step. I can walk now but only on flat ground. It's 9 years ago now and I know I had to go through it all. So my guardian angel made sure I was humbled and not killed. Peace and love to you all.
I do like your kind your positive messages Sonia. I certainly can feel the shift happening. Have had both an awakening and a kundalini awakening in 2022. Still going through dark nights and mystical experiences. I’ve been in and out of dimensions I can’t explain. It has led me to go inward, desperately trying to connect with my guides. Desperate enough to have a few Akashic readings done followed up by QHHT therapy. It appears not all of us have guides…. At least not Annunaki hybrids. All I find is darkness the further I go inward. I’ve done quite a bit of shadow work and have tried to heal my inner child as much as I can. My best guide is nature. It appears I may not have any other guides because of my dark past…. My purpose is simply to hold space in dark spaces. Someone has to shine a light where there is none. Albeit my darkness I do find my human experience interesting but humans confusing. We are so weak but with so much potential. Very few like yourself can be pioneers…. Thank you for your words. Bless, keep shining your light on all who find your messages.

I take my Angels and guides for granted. But they always help me for as long as I can remember if I asked and it was possible. I like most of us was programed at an early age in religious beliefs. All of which made me feel I was condemned before I began. Now that I am awake, I am de-programing all of 67 years worth. Thanks to you and others I am seeing more clearly. How are we supposed to stop the barking dog?!?! I've watched so many of your videos, along with many other spiritual teachers videos.... Ive done the practices, and the meditations... But, nothing ever really happens. Unfortunately, I suffer from aphantasia. Im beginning to think that bc im unable to visualize, anything in regards to spirituality and higher power is not within my access. When I rub my hands together... there isnt energy... I know I had a spiritual awakening years ago, and I've survived my dark night of the soul. Which I felt so alone the entire time. How do I get the barking stop??? My mind stays on repeat that everything in regards to this exists, but just not for me 😢 This can't be the case, can it?? SONIA, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!?
