Wow! The roses you showed are MUCH healthier than the bare root roses shipped by David Austin Roses USA. My roses were three sticks of the thinnest possible diameter, and only one survived.
I just received mine today and I am really disappointed in the quality. That's why I am here looking at these vids to see how the DA roses arrive for others. Tiny, spindly, spotted leaves (3 potted) diameter smaller than a pencil. Sad really for the price I paid.
I just received 2 bare roots ... They were NOT in this compostable bag, they were in a regular plastic trash bag looking bag and we're moldy. I pray I don't have to complain to them
Thanks for the video. Are the bare root roses about one year old? I ordered some for this spring and I wonder how long it takes to reach their full size.
Hello I am trying to find a Rosaraie De LHay rose bush. are there any available at the moment? I have unfortunately killed mine by trying to replant it in a different spot. Big mistake! It is currently in a pot and i think its pretty dead. Any advice would be appreciated.
Mine came to me destroyed and dried out. The roots were not in good shape. I lost 1 , the other 2 are growing and doing ok. I was so disappointed and got no response from my complaint. I will not be ordering from them again.
Good afternoon Kyle, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we don't ship our roses to the Philippines at the moment. I can understand this is very disappointing so I do apologise for this. Please don't hesitate to contact us in future if you have any questions or queries so we can provide further assistance.
@@customerservices5707 mine arrived not in air-tight container. Loose plastic around them in big box. Totally brown. No green. No planting guide. Why? Is this the difference between actual UK David Austin versus the Texas shipment I received?
