Recipe 598: Caramel Payasam 

Caramel payasam or caramel kheer, is similar to the paal payasam recipe, with 3 major ingredients, but with a variation of caramelising the sugar. I chose to post it today to celebrate Aadi Friday.

Milk - 1 & 1/2 ltr
Raw Rice - 2 tbsp
White Sugar - 150 gms
Water - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder small pinch
Ghee - 2 tsp
Almond, Cashew, Pista (Chopped)
