Recipe of Galawati kebab | Authentic | Cook with masters at Renaissance Lucknow

Gosht Galawat Kabab
Mutton Keema 150 gms
Raw Papaya Paste 25 gms
Ginger & Garlic Paste 10 gms
Salt To taste
Cashewnut paste 20 gms
Brown Onion paste 20 gms
Red Chili Powder 5 gms
Black Pepper Powder 5 gms
Yellow Chili Powder 5 gms
Clove Powder 5 gms
Mace Powder 5 gms
Nut Meg Powder 5 gms
Potli masala 5 gms
Ghee 25 gms
Kewra water few dashes
Method:
First Marination
• Take Mutton Keema add raw papaya, ginger and garlic paste, salt and leave for 40 mins to get tender.
Second Marination
• In second margination mix paste of cashew nut, brown onion and add all spices powder and potli masala
Smoking And Shaping
• Give charcoal smoke to mince mixture with clove, rose water, kewra and ghee.
• Shape flat patty medium sizes
Shallow Fry / Grilling
• Shallow fry/Grill with small quantity of mix on hot plate on slow heat to get light golden color.

I live in Lucknow and have eaten galawati kabab from tundey, and also these kababs are made mostly at every other gathering /functions dinner, it's really a deal for ladies to cook this perfectly at home and bring out the authentic taste. I have seen elderly women in my family trying their own signature recipes at these kababs. There is not much difference in their taste. I have learnt actually it's not that big deal if the right quantity is put and not going overboard with spices.

150 gram of mutton and 15grm of chilly powder it is not galawti kebab it will be granade kabab yellow chilli is four time more spicy in hotness I think there is some mistake in scripting the recipe.🎄😍😍😍😍😍

Potli ka masala has following ingredients 1. Khas ki Jad 2. Dhani (Coriander whole) 3. Badian (Saunf Fennel seeds) 4. Tej Pat (Bay Leaves) 5.Chharila (Dagad Phool, Pattar Phool, Mountain Moss) is taken in a Chee's cloth or Mulmul and made Potli. Use for any kind of Yakhani for Polao, Meat Qorama and some Mughlai dishes. For Galawati Kabab apart from other common spices Pan Ki Jad, Khas ki Jad, Chharila, Samudra Pheen, are must.

Ye dono cheezen masalon ke aroma aur taste dono hi kharab karte hain.......bachpan se bana raha hun....gadha saala....check oit Ranveer Brar's recipe it is so so nice and perfect, not a single thing is hidden....and as far as the taste is concern Brar is 1000% more perfect than this chef.....

Ingredients ki list right from beginning totally ghalat hai, jab vdo upload karte ho to ek baar check zarur karen....shuru me hi likha hai mutton 150 gms, kyon mazaq karte ho....janta jo nahon janti hai unko bewaqoof banaana, mutton ki quantity hi ghalat hai bechare subscribers kya khaak banauenge.......dusri baat so called POTLI MASALA ko aap itna importance de rahe ho, ke wo secret masala hota hai wo hum kisi.ko nahin bataate... Yahi tunde k owner bhi bolte hain, total gumraah karne waali baat hai..sharm karo vdo bhi bana rahe ho like aur share bhi chahte ho aur masala secret hai....waah waah ..shame on yr galauti recipe..
