This saved my life. I was “AWAKE” once before. Not identified to the highs and lows instead enjoying the dance of life and the person I was becoming. Free, able to step back as a witness and have original thought. This feeling of oneness and connection. Completely secure with my self and success in my life followed naturally. But I got lost and fell back asleep. I got complacent and got attached to not being attached. I became very stuck and identified with depression which kept me trapped. I will do everything in my power to wake up again. No matter the pain and discomfort. Thank you

This is the stuff that needs to be displayed at schools. School really messed up my mental development to the point where my role would be about feeding grapes instead of chasing to be better at what I love the most. Thank you for contributing to society with this stuff, whether you get paid or not, you are making a change that is priceless for future generations to come! I feel relieved that I wasn't the only one who doesn't care about money the same way most do. Money follows, becoming a better self comes first! Keep waking us up!

Why do so many men get mad at people for wearing the medical face masks? What do the face masks trigger in men? Because I have observed this in person. I felt threatened by men in a store who yelled at me for wearing the face mask. Is the face mask regarded as nerdy, do goody? Is that what it is? Is it regarded as unmasculine by men? No hate please I just want to know what is happening in men's brains.
Medical reasons aside, I feel muzzled like a dog wearing it. I can't express my emotions on my face when I talk, and it makes you mumble/sound less confident, might as well be texting.

Man, Tyler, you pushing the importance of presence in the situation and noticing when I am trying to fulfill either of my biological needs or ego needs OR catching my social conditioning has really changed my interaction with each situation I find myself in lately! The downside to “conditioning” your body like that at the 17:00 -mark is that you didn’t condition it, you’re just a plethora of Cluster B personality disorders. - Seeking new thrills constantly. - Trying to fuck everything that walks. - Looking at women as objects and looking at their current relationships as a challenge to fuck them anyways no matter if they have a boyfriend or husband. - Always moving, being a tourist in the lives of everyone you meet. - the list could go on. This new stuff just seems like a Covert way to project a false self in an effort to suppress your shame and guilt. You will probably try to label this “being a hater”, which is a very successful tactic that a narcissist would use.
I have realized this a year ago but never really found a way to describe this to others in order to help make their lives purposeful, funny enough I just now find a video that exactly explains it in a comprehensible way. This also helps me understand that I'm not alone in this school of thought and really appreciate that there are others who understand this grand yet simple concept and are better able to put it in comprehensible words!
I love this video, my own journey has been diving deep into success/ failure ...then losing it all and living in an Ashram - yes I did for 1 year and learned yoga Nidra, yoga and yoga therapy. But prior I was a world class speaker for big brands like Daymond John. I have traveled the world and spoken on big stages with people like Tony Robbins and I will say Owen would not be known in those circles, but he is the BEST, in my humble opinion, i have seen! I am very impressed with his value! After my journey I then began to meditate 2-3 hours a day and it has shifted me, but a lot of shit has come up, a lot of fear and understanding on things I can't speak about. No words can convey! I do think however our only purpose is just to "BE" and that is all. The manifestation of God in the body as Deepak Says, "God in Drag"...yet I know there are different levels of duality and dimensions etc. I just think Owen is amazing as a speaker and trainer and impressed with his content.
This is good stuff. Waking these guys up to their innate powers of creative visualization, lateral thinking, imaginative thinking, discarding of their programmed dumbed downness. It's great knowledge.

the autopilot thinking reminded me of the movie click with Adam Sandler. Where he gets a remote control to play with time. And when he argues he just skips it, so he doesn't have to deal with his wife. He realizes way to late that the remote is on autopilot, so he just skips through life and has all these moments where he is aware and just realizes how much time has passed and all his family is angry with him and he then gets to the end of his life and just skipped through. That movie, even if Sandler doesn't hit your humor, has some truth in it. It's kind of like a metaphor you wouldn't expect to be in that kind of movie. People, don't run on auto pilot
I love the part about thinking you are thinking. After years of watching my brain i can confirm this. Ive barely seen anything that indicates there is more than automated processes. We are asleep.
I've woken up in many ways over the past 5-6 years, I just dont know what to do with it. I feel like I never learned how to be proactive. All I know how to do is apply to shitty jobs and then do them passively on auto-pilot while wondering why I dont have what it takes to do more. That's the conundrum, the cycle. Like: "I know I can do more, I know I'm meant for more. But I dont know HOW to do more?" Like I'm just here, alone. What am I supposed to do to help me when it's just me? I have no network, no skills, no money. It just feels impossible.
In C.S. Lewis "Mere Christianity" he covers the "what if God were for evil" argument @8:17. He reasons out this whole line of thought philosophically.....definitely pick this up and go through it.

First thing I notice is tyler is setting up false dichotomies - a classic persuasive technique. “You can either X, or X” (when Tyler’s X is clearly better than “your X”.)
Also this video has come at a good time. Ive gone cold turkey on coffee and sugary foods 3 days ago and I am unconsciously going to the kitchen before i have to remind myself to stop. Anyone else have experiences like this, I really want a donut right now...
