Hi guys! In this video I share some tips on how to avoid damage to your electrical testers by using rechargeable Ni-MH batteries. I preferred Fujitsu and Eneloops as I have been getting good performance. From my experience using them for years, not a single one has leaked. I use disposable alkaline and carbon zinc batteries only as back up since they are prone to leaking and have already ruined a few of my devices. I'd appreciate you support by subscribing. Thanks for watching!

@@ramschannelreviews i have one more doubt . what is acceptable value insulation resistance i watched ur video 10 Meha ohm's you have suggested .i have watched another video posted by jumper man tech channel ID who used supco 500 insulation tester that meter shows category wise between 20to50 Megha ohms bad.50to100 caution . above 150to 1000 is good and excellent. so I have small confusion in this regard.please post useful video about this information. 🙏

@@narayanaya5519 IThere are quite a number of opinions in this regard, including one from Megger, a reputable source. I'll see what I can do.

I stopped using any kind of alkaline batteries decades ago because of leakage, switched to eneloop's and they have been great, However over the last few years I found that rechargeable Lithium batteries run much longer, have more power and are much lighter too, primary Lithium's are great too but do cost more

Thank you for your insights. Rechargeable lithium batteries are indeed a great alternative. I have quite a number of them (12V, 18V, and 3.7V) but not 1.5V ones yet though.
