This video is to help inform our patients on the correct method for reconstitution of HCG. Instructions:
- Open Pregnyl Box to check contents
- Read manufacturers insert
- Check to make sure 10ml syringe is included
- Remove plastic caps from both vials
- Wipe both vial tops with alcohol
- Draw 3ml air into syringe
- Insert into saline vial, invert, push air in, draw 10ml saline into syringe.
- Insert syringe into HCG Powder vial
push 2ml at a time, let air back into vial, and repeat until all fluid is in.
- Mix gently and refrigerate
