And to think I worked out in the same gym as Iron Biby for a while, and even was his training partner for a few workouts...the man is an absolute beast. I still remember, "Ray, what are you working out tonight", I responded "arms", he replied "Me too, we'll workout together tonight!!"...my only thought was "crap, why didn't I say chest, or legs...His warm up, was my entire workout, and I couldn't keep up with his warm up. Sets, and reps, I kept up for an hour...weight, forget it. I remember he caught a bar with 225lbs on it, as a guy doing squats was falling backwards. Biby had his smartphone in his hands...caught the bar with the weight on it, the guy got out of the way...Biby put the bar back (holding it with 2 fingers and a thumb each hand) and never dropped his smart phone. That's when we realized, he's not just strong, he's a machine. It was an absolute honor to workout at the same gym. He's such an gentle person, with an insane amount of power. And the humility.

First saw biby on CT Fletcher’s channel and have watched him go from hardly known to competing with the best in the world. Much respect for this young athlete with tons of potential!

I just love to see them, their passion and determination. Love to see them and know what they feel and think, so hear the interviews is important, the way they focus. Just love it. I am a 51 tear old Lady, and I come back to do bodybuilding again, be away from the gym since 2007 suffuring from depression, but now those dark years are gone, I AM me again and doing bodybuilding again.

What an awesome attitude. He is a winner no matter what. Imagine how much pride and hope he gave to his country. I bet he can't go anywhere without people and kids mobbing him.

If Biby could shed some excess pounds, his stamina would increase and mishaps like that which happened in the anchor pull would be less likely to happen. He has the strength, now he needs a better diet, and more experience. Hope he stays at it. Great seeing him compete.

Its always supprising how almost all of theese strongmen are so soft spoken

Only actual weakness is athleticism. Everyone else is on par or greater than strength wise while considerably leaner and conditioned. I'm glad he's no longer scared of anything other than pressing events. Still young and plenty of room to improve on endurance and moving events.

The record is 216, but eddie basically threw that up, i reckon eddie could have pressed 220kg at a decent pace

Iron Biby needs to learn how to leg press before using his shoulders, I get doing somewhat strict or fully strict shoulder press in training, but in competition you should use your legs so you can get up more weight, Iron Biby would have the world record already if he used his legs.

He doesn't even use his legs to push press it. He must have tremendous shoulder strength.

I have always believed if Iron Biby did some more conditioning leading up to wsm that he would have a chance at taking the title. He will always put on a good show because he is insanely powerful but he just doesn't have the endurance to compete in a lot of the events.
