Lodoss doesn't get enough love these days, and I don't think I've ever seen anyone go into as much detail about the series as this video does. Marvelous work.

I know He's mostly known for Ky Kiske, But I still feel like Takeshi Kusao is Underrated, He voiced Parn only in the OVA, but I really like His Voice a lot, It feels Youthful yet Composed at the same time, He fits Ky Kiske very well
Ahh, Lodoss! I still remember just watching an excerpt of the dragon battle in the pilot OVA and being absolutely stunned by how cool everything looked. So good.
Always loved the anime and the setting. Needs more adaptions or maybe a modern retelling. I remember first seeing this on the Sunday Morning anime block that the Sci Fi network used to do. I saved up money and ordered the VHS set as a young teen. Still watch it once a year or so. Always wanted to know more about the 6 heroes and the fight with the demon king. Also, the art design was leagues ahead of it's time- still looks fantastic!

Hello, thank you for this sociologically historical blast from the past. I’ve just finished the OVA series myself and plan on grabbing the new collection that includes the next anime series. I was brought here because of the new video game. I’m eagerly awaiting its console release. Have you experienced it yet yourself?? Most (almost all) of my thumbnails are from my actual stuff I own like laserdisc covers. In this video, it's from my actual interior Japanese Bluray, it is shown in the video at 2:47 . Hope this info will make you find it ^_^
