Your dba challenge question includes lot of different concepts like row migration, automatic segment space management (opposed to free list kind of segments space management), PCTFREE value of that table, HWM of the table. So depends on on the situation and value of these parameters, oracle will take different paths for inserting the rows whether in a new block or in a existing block where space is available.

You are right Arun. When we perform data purge activity in my environment, oracle gives us surprises during import.

As a rac dba most of the times we miss sla in patching time, every quarter we facing minimum two to three times slas breached in production environments. That's why we choose out of place patching to reduce minimal down time.

Moving the SYSaux datafiles to another file system using the ALTER DATABASE MOVE command without any downtime is not recommended. The SYSaux tablespace contains critical metadata for Oracle Database features, and moving it requires additional steps and caution. It is best to consult the Oracle documentation or seek assistance from a database administrator for this operation.
