Do you have any advice on recovery from severe contamination ocd? My son is treatment resistant. He is now receiving ketamine, TMS and counseling but still feels hopeless.
@@OCDRecovery Hi, his contamination ocd is not like anything your videos address. He doesn't leave the house or his room really because his fear is that he will bring contamination I from outside. So the front door mat, the walls everything has to be cleaned if anyone leaves the house. We have to have multiple showers and clean for hours while he hides in his room.

And 70-80 percent of them still struggle with the disorder and don't know they actually have OCD. And you, the recovering person, know how much they suffer. And this makes you stressed again, you feel sad again. In such a case, what strategy should the recovered person live with in his life?
