recovering from surgery, small wins & being in my childlike joy era 

I'm on the other side of surgery and slowly recovering. Some things I expected and others not so much. Rest does not come easy to me but I'm learning to be still and just 'be' so if you have any advice on how to let go and just rest, please share it with me!
