welcome to my channel! sharing all things in my entrepreneurial life - the highs and lows - and my day to day, you know, that real life deal. let's hang and build community together!
Hey! For the flowers, I'd suggest getting a bigger vase, and purchasing some flower tape to hold all the stems in place. I ussed to work at a floral shop and that was the way to keep arrangements in place. :)
I started switching to organic a few years ago, really slowly to see if I noticed a difference and to manage the costs and for me personally I did notice a difference. Mostly in my hormones, I've dealt with unbalanced hormones since I was a teen and changing my diet to be as clean and organic as possible has made a huge difference. I notice when I slip back into less organic choices or less clean meals my body really struggles - terrible cramps, bloating, brain fog, etc. I think it's very case by case because my husband wouldn't have an issue eating non-organic so it really depends on you and your body's needs!
As someone who gets migraines too, it would be great to hear more about your invisalign journey. I do know from friends that they just lost a lot of weight, so maybe just make sure you're eating enough. I have a lot of catching up to do here, but loooove this editing style!
yes! I’m tracking my migraines, also got Botox around the same time so I’ll see how both work, fingers crossed they do. also the losing weight thing is real, you develop binge eating habits because the window to eat is so small. overall it’s a big adjustment but getting into a routine more now! I’ll keep you updated 😘
You’re doing amazing! I love seeing bits and pieces of your life and what’s going on for you here on RU-vid. The shoutout 🫶🏻 and seeing you and Leah together at Urth is such a vibe, makes me happy.
Yesss! Love Austin! Worked remotely from there for a bit back in June 2021 (piping hot!!). Amazing food scene. It was even a strong contender on our “where to move in the US list”. But, don’t think I can handle the heat 😬
Man, I have a lot of thoughts around the discussion of birth control that I hear from folks these days. On the one hand, it's cool that people can go off the pill and feel in tune with their bodies by tracking their cycle and noticing subtle changes throughout the month. But I always feel like in that conversation is always this not-so-subtle idea that "hormones = bad." My period is also garbage, and the pill has been a godsend in regulating my cycle and allowing me to live normally. But happy that you've found a doctor/team that you feel comfortable with, and I hope they bring you more positive health outcomes.
I agree - I love that we're all talking about it more but we need to remember what's right for us may not be right for someone else. This was a lesson I'm still learning when it comes to taking birth control and making sure I feel my best rather than what everyone else is saying! I'm so glad you've found what works for you and to give you a balanced life with less pain, discomfort and disruption 💖
I found your video after seeing a video that mentioned how Zara stole someone's design (a different person). So shocking how they do this. I will never walk into a Zara store again.
Nothing you are saying is drastic and dramatic, you deserve to live the life you want without pain!!! Sending lots of love and here to support you through this journey ❤
