What this family has done for addiction awareness despite their horrible tragedies and heartbreaks is amazing and wonderful. I hope you know that you helped someone. You will still help someone else. You're making a difference. I especially appreciated that you gave a voice to your children who lost a sibling. So often, they don't get a voice, or people try to keep it all away from them, because obviously we all wish they never got in contact with these things or knew what drug addiction or fentanyl even was, but they do come in contact with it, it does affect their lives, and it's important to give them the words to talk about it and the space to do that with a listening ear. You are so strong and I'm so sorry for all that's happened to you.

Amber your story touched my heart! I love that you said everyone makes mistakes, but it's where you go from there and keep your eye on the prize cause you will get there! This was beautiful! I too am in recovery- my husband and kids mean everything to me, God is the center of everything that I am, our loving father provides for us endlessly! 0:59 That's EXACTLY how my mom and I are as well. ANYTHING about to go down, she's on this ear bud on the other side, listening and advising. She ALWAYS knows where I'm going, where I'm at and who I'm with. Not only because she's the ONLY person that watches my child for the past 9 years, but I get high af and drink. Not to get drunk anymore. But just incase I take it too far and lay down and pass out....

Amber I am so glad you are telling your story. Hope you find it in your heart to help your mother n law I have tried. She is going through it because she too loss her daughter to the same thing. I don’t know what she said to max but you know my sister your mother n law only has a 7th grade education. She needs you and max. She wish you would put her back on the sites again that someone block her. She been trying really hard

I feel bad for people addicted to drugs, I don’t feel bad for those who sell drugs. Sorry there is no place in my heart for those and never will be.

I hope she will be able to turn her life around.
