BPC-157 seems to have a noteworthy effect. YMMV, but I certainly recommend it, if possible -- I haven't experienced any side effects, and it appears to speed regeneration of any injury that can naturally heal.
I had acl reconstructive surgery before 7 month,i started gym training after 2 month of surgery,my result is good but now I can run faster then ever but a short like for 4 minutes (14 speed), I am doing boxing also that includes punches and kicks, I am using nitrotech isolate protein and ON PROTEIN, also using bcaa and histamine..
I had an Acl and Mcl reconstruction from my quad graft and it's been a year now. Only thing that still bothers me is pain/discomfort when kneeling, even on mats. Does someone know when or how this can get better?
Thank you for your words Sir. I’ve now had 4 knee surgeries and you are correct, I cannot get the muscle mass back. My knee holds up and works well for kick boxing but there is still pain when I grapple. In fact grappling does frighten me now. I currently take Glucosamine, Chondroiten and Tumerac for the joint. Peace
`how is your knee now for grappling if you are still active. Im a year and a month post surgery and its feeling good but im still nervous about wrestling and jits
@@Remizey0 You know what buddy? It’s good! It works ok. It will never be the same as it was pre injury. But all in all, I’m relatively pleased with the end result. After my last surgery I had to wait about 13-14 months before returning to grappling. Admittedly I was initially terrified upon first returning to Grappling, after a few training sessions much of the anxiety had passed. I still get a little weirded out when have a heavy/hard roll, but it’s mostly in my head. Now more than anything I need to remain diligent with my strengthening, limbering and recovering part of martial arts and being smart about it. Glad I had the final surgery, wish I had done it sooner. Hope that helps? Good luck with your recovery. And enjoy your time on the mats.
Just blew my knee out for the 4th time I’m 29. Feeling pretty depressed. Going in for mri this week. I’m finally in a position where I can devote the time to my therapy. Hoping to get it fixed and move forward in my 30s.
@@trappincrypto2584 Aahhhhh man, I’m sorry for your troubles. That’s so very discouraging for you, I can’t imagine how you feel. I hope that you get some good, at least not bad, news about your knee. If surgery is required, I truly hope that you have a successful operation and a full and speedy recovery. Hurt and damaged knees are awful. I’ve now got a partially torn ACL in my right knee. No surgery required…..yet. But it sure is a bit of a bummer, that’s for sure. Again Bro, I hope that you get some good news about your knee. Once you heel up, just do it properly, while not a Doctor, I don’t think that athletics are out of the question. Good luck Bro! 👍🏼👍🏼
helo coach..... i had already oprate my knee bt after opration knee dosnt work properly so plz suggest me for stronger knee...tell me about good supliment for knee ligament...thnx
I started walking after 10 day of ACL its was good but but now its paining there is inflammation now its around 40 days over what can do for this problem
Thanks for your video- something I've discovered, even with experts in the field, it's very rare to come across an orthapaedic surgeon who has the first clue about nutrition (not that they'd admit that). What's your opinion on taking supplements post acl-surgery that are traditionally for osteoarthritis (bromelain, cissus q. etc.) that decrease protein catabolism in an effort to tackle acute inflammation; given that following surgery there are all sorts of shit in the synovial capsule that are better being resorbed (e.g. bone fragments). Bit specific, but what are your thoughts on weighing up those two factors?
I don't know about those supplements but in my experience the knee is never the same after surgery, and I believe I have arthritis in my knee because it tends to swell up sometimes from training (not as a result of dislocation or injury).
Sir I hv acl tear and wanna do surgery after 3 months... I gotting pain in effective knee but also gotting pain in other knee due to late acl tear ... because other knee bearing one ... Is it ok to take my protein joint plus before surgery ??? Age 30 .. weight 90kg .. Waiting for it reply Thanx
can i train mma if i have a small rupture in my acl...one time when i was hitting a heavy bag i felt something in my knee but other than that i never had any problems
hye coach,im azran from malaysia.I've had an acl+meniscus operation about 3 weeks ago.The surgery went well but my tight getting shrinking.I dont take any suplement because its really expensive and i cant afford it.Btw,i had this acl during my pencak silat competition (martial art)
Quadriceps shrinks after 48 hours of inactivity. I never got the mass back on my operated leg even though I tried really hard, but I did get the strength back.
silver surfer Of course. Most athletes do and that includes me. There are two conditions: 1. The surgery had to been done properly. 2. Rehab has to be done right.
silver surfer sama la saya pun acl+meniscus. Fisio suruh saya ambik glucosamine + chondroitin. Farmasi suggest saya osteoactiv dia kata the best product
