Well that's good - It's good to hear that Gary Holt has had a good outcome and is optimistic about the MAKO Stryker robot solution. I think this chap is genuinely impressed by his operation and is simply trying to ensure that the viewers and doctor/consultant is aware of his experience. A lot of people who go in front of the camera look as if they are reading from script - but this is a natural, real interview for sure. Damn I bet it hurts to have the ends of your Tibia and Femur sliced off - robot or not !
I'm 56 and Dr. Yun did my total knee replacement on September 3rd and today is October 17th...Arthritis pain gone immediately...only sadly Dr. Yun does not see all his patients after surgery. I would have appreciated seeing him to thank him...but only allowed to see his physician assistant 🤕
The patient looks like he was reading off a script. I had knee replacement 3 years ago, and my right leg was 12 MM shorter than my left leg. Now my right leg is the same length as my left leg. I am going into hospital in a week time for my second knee replacement. This time I am having robotic total knee replacement. If my left leg turns out half as good as my right leg turned out, I will be very happy.
I just had TKR about 10 days ago and it was successful. Now my knee replacement leg is slightly longer than my other. I hope this doesn't cause futre issues.
