for the robot i have an idea, 45° angle dash orb, with a s block at a certain heigh, they both follow the player but the S block momentarily stays in place when clicking on the dash orb
In the ship one, you could apply some easing to make it more smooth, here's a list of recommended easings that could work: - Sine in out - Sine in - Sine out
This is such a cool concept! I have another idea that you could do for the Swing gamemode: you could make a dual cube then make one of them trapped with a blue orb locked to it with multi activate. It’s like bringing back the swing to 2.1 era.
Fun fact: There is an orb/pad to recreate every game mode as a cube except for ship and wave: Blue pad: Ball Yellow orb: UFO Spider pad: Spider Blue orb: Swing
how to make gamemodes you made better: ship: toggle off a force block and put it on a hold touch trigger. make it follow you and bam ship ball: thats the best way you coulda done it ufo: instead of a pink orb you couldve made it a pink pad and slightly made the gravity higher so it wis more accurate wave: efficient robot: find out the angle of robot and then point a dash orb in that direction and add s blocks spider: you shouldve done the same as ball but with a spider orb and added a j block so you cant hold after hitting a pad swing copter: same setup as the original ball swing copter but wit cube
I feel like you could’ve made the robot if you had dash orbs follow you while a f block hovers over you to minimize how high you can jump, high jumping, but not an infinite leap.
For the robot, you could've made a dash orb that's pointing to the top right follow the player X and Y and add an S block that follows player X at the max jump height.
The easier way to make the ship: set up 1 event trigger that has jump push, then flip an arrow trigger and make it have a group add that group to the event trigger that has jump after that, do the exact same thing, but with jump release, and the arrow trigger not flipped over
for ship i would put invisible dash orbs angled diagonally up everywhere on the level (for the ship part) so if you hold you go up and so its kinda possible to straight fly
For the robot you could of made it so when you hold it activates a force block stops at the max hight of the robot jump and when you let go it toggles it off and to prevent the player from just holding and floating in the air that most of the jumps have overhead obstacles
