Mama Diana Ross attended Cass Technical High School in Detroit where she took fashion design as well. Diana Ross wanted to be a Fashion Designer. The film Mahogany from 1975 allegedly showcased some of Diana's fashion clothes designed by her. Look at how she posed even in the Supremes pics - like a Model. It was described as sophisticated, minimalist, elegant, polished, and mod. “She could turn the world on with her smile!” Yup! Mary Tyler Moore. Her fashions were said to have shaped American working women style, back in the day. Both these ladies looks are timeless! Also admire Michelle Obama and Megan Markle’s style. Classic, classy, sophisticated, chic and effortless! None of these ladies ever look(ed) like they are wearing costumes. So lovely. Oooooh wee! All those lippies! Thanks for another memorable video. Alas, I could not think of a fashion icon. However Ben Schumman's The Sartorialist books feature some ultra-stylish men and women from all over the world. I do agree that Tracey Ellis is top notch. She always wears her clothes, her clothes never wear her. I think that's the key to iconic dressing. Loved the waistcoat and the dress with the sheer inserts. The shoes looked uncomfortable. And your nail salon visit outfit was fab. You can do glamour and elevated casual. Bet you lòok great in hats and headwraps.

I could relate to you so much Kura when you’re going through your red 💄. Awhile back I finally sat down and went through my collection and decluttered a lot. I feel you though when you’re like, I like this one for this time, and this one for this. I get it! These days I’m down to a couple that I go back and forth between, but red always catches my eye and it’s always one I’m willing to buy again. Or try a new one. I wish I could love glosses and creams more cause they’re easier on the lips, but I don’t like leaving a trail or reapplying all the time. Your collection is beautiful. Tracee Ellis Ross is always at the top of my fashion icon list. I ❤ how she mixes glam with casual or sometimes she gives us the full glam or full casual and I’m always here for a great hoop! And who was that in these NYC streets serving ICON….You look fabulous! The black faux fur, boot cut jeans and the Givenchy bag and then you hit us with the animal print coat, the leather shorts, the textured tights and those boots! 😍😍😍. Those Khaite boots look amazing and they are on my wish list but I know they won’t fit my athletic calves, so I have to stick to booties. ❤ the deconstructed pieces. ❤️ the Saint Laurent croc heels. When you do the make-up and skincare declutter at the end…I find it soothing.🤷🏽‍♀️ ❤ your content. Happy Sunday!

The row is so new in compassion to Hermes. They just don't have the history or brand loyalty that Hermes does .In my opinion, they just can't be compared .Si I agree with you! I don’t have one particular fashion icon, but my style probably aligns most with Jane Birkin and Audrey Hepburn. Vintage 60-70s with a bit of French style. The Row Margaux may be the next “it” bag, but I’m already sick of it. Everyone is running out to get it, which really signals lack of personal style. It’s a nice bag but meh. 😂♥️

Jane Birken and Audrey Hepburn are for sure fashion icons! it's funny because when I was doing reserach about leopard print I ran across a picture of Jane Birkin in a fabulos leopard coat (She was in Paris at a movie premier more recent then the 80's.) and also Audrey Hepburn in a swing leapord coat and hat! ( I think in the 60's) They were both so classic , and their style evolved but stayed the same! love them! YES TO EVERYONE ALREADY HAVING THE ROW MARGAUX! Diane Keaton has such a cool ,laid back, a bit quirky style. I love that she plays with clothing that some may consider mens wear, and her hat game is UNMATCHED! I think she can for be considered an icon! I think SJP truly wears heels because she is small lol!
