My dog passed away today. (You guys out of all people know how much humans can love their dogs) it’s been so hard. You’re videos have been making me feel better. I love seeing you guys loving your dog. Hug them tight tonight and remember how short life is. Thank you for helping me be a little happier today. Edit: thanks so much to everyone who replied. Reading your replies made me feel less alone and helped me feel bad. I truly love the dink fam and we really are a family! Edit 2: it’s been two months. I still cry almost everyday and sometimes sleep with her clothes (I know it’s probably not healthy) i miss her so much. When it’s really bad I love to come read the reply’s thank you guys!!

ANother GREAT way to make "calamari" is to use yuba aka tofu skin. Get the rolled kind. Soak it in some water with seaweed till it gets flexible, then cut it into rings. Voila. Much less labor intensive.

Samantha DeP Definitely do your research. Going vegan is the best option for helping the environment. Compare the animal ag industry and what is used in that process to what you’d use as a vegan. People who think veganism is more harmful on the planet are severely misinformed about just how much food (plants), antibiotics, water, and other resources are wasted just to provide millions of pounds of unnecessary meat. For an American, going vegan is the best you can do for the animals, planet, and yourself. BUT you need to do some heavy research before making that change so you can make an informed decision. Just look for research (that is NOT sponsored or put out by a meat or dairy industry). It’s everywhere.

I honestly wouldn't bother cutting the holes in the calamari, I'd either use a spiralizer to make long strands of mushroom or just fry up the coin shapes. I saw someone made this with thin strands and it sorta curled up like Calamari anyway

One of the coolest things about you Julien is that you have energy and momentum and you're driven to continue to achieve goals. This is really inspiring to see as a viewer, and helps me feel like I can reach my goals too. It's part of why I think you and Jenna being RU-vidrs is actually doing net good for the world. Please make more food videos. It gives me a reason to tell my husband to buy me a deep fryer 🤤 also, he’s very slow at becoming vegan and if i can up my vegan cooking game (made a BOMB bbq tofu burger this weekend) then he’ll have no excuses and give in to no cravings because we’ll have 100% vegan options.

Awesome passing the test! My husband has the UAS (unmanned aircraft) from the FAA. He’s in insurance but I’m sure if the test is similar, it was a lot of weather patterns, clouds and wind speeds etc. good job dude!
