I just did a cold call for a job advertised as had two highly skilled engineers and got two permanent placements and secured 18% fees both candidates are in for interviews was a super quick turnaround
Info @ emails don't just get lost.. most companies use these emails to not bombard specific people within the company and the receptionists will be in charge to forward this to who would follow up based of who has the time or if they deal with the agencies...
Came across your channel recently and seeing live examples of how to approach has been really helpful. I landed my first job in recruitment for a relatively large and well renound company 2 days before lockdown and have been working from home with minimal training and pretty much just been learning on desk since. I've done alright considering, but want to keep improving and sharpening my skills in terms of business generation. Would love to be involved in the next live session to see how you approach public sector markets.
Congratulations Nick. What sector exactly are you in? The trouble is most companies wont spend the time to train. So best to watch and learn new biz from me
@@kadzmoney Im in Social Housing, particularly housing management and business support but also cover property development/services and maintenance and trades for some of the clients I oversee. Some of the main challenges I face at the moment is bypassing gatekeepers to get through to the hiring managers as most are still remote working. Will stay tuned to the channel, thanks for the content 👌
Recently I have been applying for jobs that are being advertised by recruitment agencies and they require me to complete registration forms. Is this also something that we need to get our own candidates to do if we're looking to get into recruiting?
