Welcome to my lovely RU-vid channel. I looked on RU-vid for recruitment videos to help me improve and learn about the industry in the UK. As far as I can see there was no real value in any videos on RU-vid to do with recruitment. So I started making my own videos... and to my shock many people started watching them. I will never try to sell a course, ask for any payment... I just want to provide information for anybody looking to start a recruitment business, who are thinking of getting into recruitment or for those who want to improve as a recruitment consultant.
Previously I ran a cleaning business in London and Hertfordshire. Upon moving out of the area I have closed that business and specialise in making videos on recruitment now. Whether you are looking to get a job as a recruitment consultant or trainee recruiter then you will find value in my videos.
I hate recruiters because most of them are shitty humans when it comes to their jobs. They lie, give false hopes, ghost, take your data while lying to you, and never seemingly like talking accountability for the rampant and growing dislike job applicants are displaying.

Great video for beginners! However, for anyone serious about starting a recruitment agency, I wouldn’t recommend doing it this way. Setting up a domain and hosting is one thing, but fully customizing the look, feel, and functionality of your site is a whole different challenge. You might end up feeling limited and frustrated as you dive into customizations, learning wordpress settings, and tweaking the design. It's essential to view your website as a key marketing investment in your business, one that makes you confident when presenting to clients. It’s better to hire a professional who can build it right for you. This will ultimately save you both time and money in the long run. All the best!

The industry is way too saturated because the cost of entry is low. Also even internal recruiters (talent acquisition) the whole hr function is under threat due to AI so good look to those already in the industry and anyone trying to start a recruitment business
Hi Katz! I've seen several of your videos, which I used to start my own recruitment agency in Data and Analytics. On my first day, I received 40 % open rate but no replies to any. I've only sent 200 emails, but shouldn't I see at least a reply. What do you think? Am I impatient or did I choose the wrong niche?
So this method is cool, but hr managers don't like recruiters, they are directly competing. It's actually advisable to avoid them. U actually mean lead Mgr.

These sectors do get hit by recessions. During a recession the government spends less on education and health so less money sloshing around. They are not hot like logistics or warehousing but they do shrink in a recession too.
credits check the subsidiries based on their own merits, not the credit of the parent company. the £28K is lost if the company is going into administration. The employees and directors will pay themselves first, then the bank becasue any loans will have directors personal gurantee.
Can starting a recruitment agency be a form of passive income eventually? Which industries have potential in 2024? I see AI and cyber security taking over, how to start recruiting for these industries? I sense big money 💰 also did a stint in recruitment, I really struggled with the "selling" part and reformating CVs in a short time. I wonder how AI will revolutionise the industry, interesting times with chatgpt and apps to automate.
What would you say about other countries in Europe, Germany and Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Netherlands) are supposed to be again light years ahead of the UK, recruitment no different, I suspect?
