Some of Namibian lawyers are disrespectful towards legal aid instructions and the court rules, especially Siomunji law Chambers, and something must be done about that. They are instructed on the expenses of public funds and the directorate of legal aid must impose penalties on those lawyers. It is not the first time that Mbanga Siomunji disregarding his clients interest at courts with his simple antics and thereby jeopardize the cases of his clients.
