Aerial bombers are the key to quick victory here. For the first part of the mission, wipe out all Japanese installations right away using javelins and vindicators. Sell most of your structures while building up an army of javelins to get money for even more javelins. After moving all forces to the shorline to avoid the decimator explosion, park your javelins along the north shoreline to thwart imperial attacks on your base, and move your MCV to a spot where you can build two refineries for a stronger economy. Teleport the provided group of vehicles so that you can use them to take out the enemy dojos right away with help from your co-commander, then destroy the enemy superweapons. From there it's basically a matter of using bombers as shown to take out all required targets one by one. Note that you must use the chronosphere to move some shogun battleships to land to instantly destroy them, or they may threaten your ability to finish the mission quickly.
