Yes, Red 5 sadly developed a serious fuel leak at Fairford and was out of action all weekend. The spare jet was unavailable due to a seperate maintenance problem. Sadly the Hawk T.1 fleet is starting to show its age.
That is very unlikely to happen any time soon. The UK government has decided that there will be no replacement until 2030. Due to a lack of suitable replacements (Hawk T.2 production ended last year and the UK's T-6 Texan II fleet is owned by a private company, not the air force) I would not be at all surprised if the team is disbanded at that point, if not sooner.
