A tip was meant to show your appreciation for extremely good service for the wait staff of a restaurant and was allocated according to the service less if service was bad and more for better. but the lines have grown so far that even fast food lines have a option for tipping and some are charged before the service of the meal,and some restaurants now add a tip when you have a party of a certain size like 6 people or so. I have received a bill at the restaurant that had already added a tip but I didn't realize it and they had added a 20% tip and I tipped approx. the same amount. That was a way to loose customers.

I totally disagree with the returning a meal at a restaurant. I received burned salmon. Could only taste burnt. My husband had fish and chip and the fish wasn't cooked. The server said she would give us a discount. We asked for the manager. We got our meal for free. We left the server a tip because she didn't cook the meal and tried to make good. But I think we had every right to complain about our meal.

Oh on the babe or hon one I find it red flag for anyone….a lot of influencers call the people that follow them something. Like a female influencer will call followers babes or dolls or fans is the worst and they say they love their followers … it’s just super ick red flaggy for me. Even a server or a barista. I’m obviously triggered lol 😂
