This makes me more interested in why there was no mention of MVs telemetry in his crash with LH when the FIA made a big deal of saying what LHs telemetry showed what he was doing at the time of the crash. It would probably have shown that MV had different brake pressures between the left and right sides.
I forgot what made me stop following Farce one in the 90's. it was the investigation of the Senna tragedy. A recent doc I watched, on RU-vid, brought it all back. David Coulthard, Damon Hill, and Adrian Newey had interesting roles in the trial dealing with mechanical issues in the accident. It was a perfect study in passing the buck.
How many seasons of 'one car' dominant racing have fans been forced to watch because Red Bull found a 'loophole' to exploit? They may not have broken the letter of 11.1.2 but Red Bull's action vomited all over the intent. I think Newey finding this out is a big reason for him leaving - "Shit on your own reputations if you like but leave mine be!" Same spidey sense tingle I got from Lewis' departure from Merc. If the Suits in Stuttgart had taken up the appeal of the stewards' ruling at Abu Dhabi based on the Case ICA-2023-03, he'd have stuck with them. Once they reneged on sporting fairness so as not to risk market share, he was outie.
When you have a consistent driver it brings stability to the team, and a high tide raises all boats, so I would expect Leclerc to compete directly with Hamilton, just like Bottas and Nicco.
2M literally is the budget cost of one accident and you think that's what made their car good? Nevermind the rest of the grid not performing? Mind you RedBull haven't gotten slower! They are much much quicker than last year! The difference is that everyone else is as fast as them
@@BobbyOfEarth Agreed. That overspend gave them benefits throughout this ground effects era. I would add one thing…he is the only driver who has a teammate who is not allowed to take points off of him so that has helped him tremendously as well.
I love Lewis wnd want/need nothing but success for him but im not blinded by my love. I cant pretend i dont see whats happening to Ferrari now even and whats happened the past 16yrs. I think to ignore that would be foolish. Now im not saying dont be optimistic but im saying lets be cautiously optimistic. Time will tell….
For sure everyone hopes in 2025 that The Good , of Ferrari will push the Bad & the Ugly of Ferrari away !!!!what is sure with Lewis everyone will be exited to be part of history … but imagine seeing Russel beating Lewis in Ferrari next year will be very hard to watch ….😢
I think we forget Lance stroll last year had broken wrists. If you have broken a wrist like I have it takes 2 months of recovery 4 months of physical therapy. So I wonder if that had at least something to do with it in the beginning of the year
