I guess the equipment wouldn't normally be rattled around in a bus - but genius idea. I keep having 'Anchorman 2' flashbacks ... don't brake too hard with all that oil ;-)

I was going to say that the coil on the pilot light acts like a temperature sensor to switch off the gas. If the pilot light should blow out if it's faulty it switches off completely.

I had a lovely fish although It ate my chips on the way up the road

how do you stop the cooking oil sloping about when you are on the move ???
