FIVB rule 11.2.2.2 - "to touch the opponent’s court with any part of the body above the feet is permitted provided that it does not interfere with the opponent’s play". Question is whether he interfered with play.
If you slowly replay from around 1.07 you can see his right foot touching the opponent's court, while this penetrating/right foot is completely over the centre line. According 11.2.2.1 this is not allowed. (to touch the opponent's court with a foot (feet) is permitted, provided that some part of the penetrating foot (feet) remains either in contact with or directly above the centre line;)
Pause at about 2:48 or watch the whole replay. He is clearly over the line with all of his body. Basically he is on the opponent's court. This is obvviously illegal.
There is fault not because the player invaded with the whole body the opponent court, but because during he was crossing the central line, he TOUCHED WITH THE WHOLE FOOT the opponent court (although it is not too much visible)
It seems to me that he touched the foot in the replay at 2:45. It is fault anyways due to the 2017 casebook, but it is new, if the projetion of the foot in the opponent's court passes the line it is fault.
