One thing about these videos, the fans have no idea what they are talking about. Guy at the end says no way that was a red card when 1) he was already on a yellow, and 2) lashing/kicking out when you get beat is a perfectly valid yellow card offense, so 2 yellows = red.
He should have had a red earlier though, when he received the yellow, if you ask me - kicking another player intentionally is a red card offense…. That being said; I personally think that the referee handled the game very poorly from the beginning, letting some things slide that he shouldn’t and vice versa…this always contributes to a hostile atmosphere between the two teams - in this instance though I’m rather amazed they didn’t “feed” more of this, but more or less behaved appropriately; usually a lot more fouls and cars when a referee doesn’t have control of a game…
I've watched more than a few of these videos from IST (thank you IST for providing)..and I know that game management is important for game control...but these officials made an abundance of poor decisions
Ref is right about the pen. Yellow #12 clearly leaves his left foot in. The red card was fair given Yellow 9 kicked a player out of frustration and should have been sent off then. Pulling someone after they pass you is always a yellow card offense. The big calls were corrrect. Glad IST uploads are back!
@@sauersaxon Of course not, in this instance I think there was a connection though, but yes, you can call a fault for someone aggressively lunging even if it doesn't hit a player due to him avoiding the impact and injury.
As often, this match-caller was very bad. But some are so bad that this guy was kind of in the middle. Still needs to better his match-calling by a lot.
@@Thorndogthis is purely a decision for the referee, as AR1 is on the opposite side of the field and AR2 is far away. If it was on the right wing it would be different because the AR1 would be close to assist with any decisions in that area.
The problem is they validly complain about some things but they're complaining about literally fucking everything so you can't take them at face value.
@@MollelarssonYou were obviously watching a different game to me! It wasnt a very dirty game! The Penalty was pathetic and the red card was awful! Everytime the white teams strikers threw themselves to threw themselves to the floor it was a freekick but the yellow teams strikers fairly challenge for the ball it was a freekick against them. Very biased one sided refereeing.
The high kick call with no opposing player around was bad. Especially when just a little later one of the white players did it in the box with a yellow player right next to him, with no call.
Ref performance was generally fine until 2:00 which should have been a foul and then 3:27, where he lost the trust of the players with an incorrect IFK decision. Playing in a dangerous manner is any action that, while trying to play the ball, threatens injury to someone (including the player themself) and includes preventing a nearby opponent from playing the ball for fear of injury. He did not threaten injury to the other player so the decision was incorrect. 3:57 seemed fine You can tell how this one incorrect decision affected the players’ perception of the referee at 4:31 7:24 seems incorrect. Referee was also not close enough. 8:07 referee needs to face the field of play to observe the players when speaking to his assistant. 9:29 incorrect foul decision + should have given YC for delaying restart/dissent 9:45 correct foul decision but 100% missed red card for violent conduct, probably because he was looking at his assistant. 10:59 appears incorrect 12:46 unless for persistent infringement I don’t think this is a YC. He was probably trying to make up for earlier. Should have given the coach a yellow as well. The substitutes should also have not been removed unless they were not on the team sheet. If it was for dissent/abusive language then he should have administered the correct sanction with YC/RC. Definitely seen worse on this channel tho.
