FOR ONE PERSON you can stir fry veggies; heat add oil one teaspoon, garlic wait and add chop veggies, do not over fill, green bell peppers, onions, snow peas, and more just close lid and flip and shake every two minutes, CLEANING; NOTHING IS FASTER JUST WIPE. This is a winner for single folks

Made an omelet first off, it exploded after I turned it over. second time I opened the Red Chef up and let the steam out, then closed it and turned it over, it didn't explode the second time. Be careful, I didn't watch videos before buying, not satisfied.
