Head over to Madam Nazar and select "Buy" option. There is an outfit called "The Clelland" and it costs 52 gold bars. It's John Marston's outfit

To get John Marston's Outfit you have to head to Madam Nazar and speak to her by selecting the Buy option. On hte buy screen there is an outfit called "The Clelland". To purchase the look it will cost you 52 gold bars.
