Red Death is supposed to be a Batman iteration from the Dark Multiverse where he steals the Flash's powers in the comics. So it's interesting they chose to go with a female to portray the character

She's like every evil speedster mixed, zooms voice and helmet, savitar's body and reverse flash' lightning

I can see where chillblaine is coming from because barry was the same in season 3 when he would do whatever it took to save Iris

They really have referenced Kevin Conroy a lot in this episode lol. I am vengeance I am the knight is Kevin conroy from Batman tas and superstitious and cowardly lot is from Batman beyond where Kevin conroy played old Bruce Wayne.

Since WB didn't let them use Bruce Wayne for Red Death, why not use Bryce Wayne the Lady Bruce? The story could've been on Earth-11 the Legion of Doom went to war with the Justice League. Nightwing(Racheal Grayson), Red Hood(Jaiden Todd), Batgirl(Taylor Drake) & Robin(Danielle Wayne) all died. Bryce went to her Flash(Bailey Allen) and asked if she would go back and save the Bat-Family. Allen said no because she didn't want to risk causing another Flashpoint. Bryce stole Bailey's speed and turned herself into a speedster. When trying to save her family the time wraiths sent a zombie-fied Zoom(Hallie Zolomon) after Bryce. Bryce was forced to return to the present, in her anger she killed the members of the Legion of Doom. She spent a week trying to find a way to kill Zoom and save her family. The speed force restored Bailey's speed and the Justice League confronted Bryce. A fight broke out and Bryce killed Aquawoman(Ariel Curry), Wonder Man(Dane Prinze), Green Arrow(Olivia Queen) and Bailey. With Superwoman(Claire Kent), Green Lantern(Hannah Jordan) & Black Lighting(Jessica Pierce) surviving. Bryce left the Earth, looking to steal speed from other Flashes so she could get faster enough to save her family and fix everything on her Earth.

the main villain would feel a lot more intimidating with a better budget and better dialogue

That isn’t what the cosmic treadmill is. In season 1 Cisco built it so Barry could train because it went as fast as the runner. In the episode “Rogue Time” in S1, Barry literally tried to use it to time travel but it didn’t work.

I know this show has low budet but they should have made the suit better. The whole suit looks too box-like and the helmet too doesn't feel right. And the dialogues feel too cheesy and artificil. But anyways I wish they would get everything right this season to give this series a proper send off and don't mess it up like the last 3 seasons.
