You can’t make chaos angel! Red rising locks you into dark dragon synchro from the extra deck! Also this whole make crimson dragon doesn’t work he’s not a red dragon! The whole combo just doesn’t work lmaoo way I was wrong 😑
For anyone that wants a smaller centurion package; if you play just the field spell, gargoyle main deck and gargoyle synchro you can go into crimson calamity plays with crimson and bone or wildwind. If you play those and primera you can also go into crimson calamity plays woth the first combo shown, no need for trudea: combo is the same up until the field spell search, you would place primera in the st zone instead, ss it and then search out gargoyle, use gargoyle effect tributing primera to ss it and then in end phase synchro gargoyle will put primera back in the st zone s3tting you up for your crimson dragon. Same board just £10 less. It seems more optimal to go deep into the centur-ion engine but just in case anyone is on a budget these are alternatives
also if you’re too cheap to buy 3 copies of the $30+ Emblema Oaths you can play set rotation with chicken game as a target and you could play foolish burial goods and Rainbow bridge of salvation along with a random crystal beast as a brick. Side note about that: along side the foolish burial goods you could then play one copy of red reign as an alternative target in case you draw a field spell + foolish goods. This is just a goofy alternative to spending $90+ 🫡🫡
@@celaldogangunes literally explained in their comment: make the level 12 centur-ion gargoyle synchro and search the field spell. when you activate the field spell you place primera instead of trudea (because we cut it for budget) and then you special primera and search for gargoyle. activate gargoyle to send primera and special itself. then you go end phase to activate the gargoyle synchro to place the primera from your gy back into the spell/trap zone and then on ur opponent’s turn you can summon primera, synchro crimson dragon and then summon calamity. However for $30 trudea lets you play through nib 🫡🫡
Fun fact, you can summon red supernova dragon with Crimson dragon. which is VERY cool IMO and i think is a totally viable replacement for king Calamity if you do not want to play it.
I've been testing this deck and i freaking love it! It's so fun! I don't even play King Calamity either, just to make people question why I'm playing Centurion!

yeah, but he said 24 starter in a 40 card deck. The chance of not opening one is actually 0.6638%. It is calculated like this: 16/40 * 15/39 * 14/38 * 13/37 * 12/36
@@keinelusteinenfakenamenzue7625assuming all 24 are one card combos, you are correct because the above comment didn't take into account the probability of opening multiple starters (even if they are combinations of the same card or not needed). YGO party has the consistency at 99.34% confirming the exact reverse of your percentage for opening no starters, thus confirming your result. (You obviously know this already, I wrote this down for anyone not understanding while reading your comment)
Huh, I'd not considered using the Centurions in RDA, but it makes sense. Probably will appreciate it because of how frustrating it can be to just have Soul Resonator get negated many games and get stuck.
@RevzCards At 4:17 if you play Wake up Centur-ion you can use Primera to summon from S/T, Add Wake Up, Activate calling 8, Synchro the token and Primera for Crismon, use its effect to summon Cosmic Blazer and during EP use Auxilas effect to re place Primera from GY to the S/T for Calimity still
seeing the centurion synchro at locals(from someone buying a box) inspired me to buy the entire deck today just need trudea and stone sweeper for the budget ish version im working on rn
Everything is appealing about this except for the reduced handtrap size. It's definitely worth it, however, with how explosive Centur-ions are. It's harder to interrupt the deck now since they have to choose whether to negate RDA combo or wait for Centur-ion.
Yeah pure reso runs 15 which means you often have 2 or 1 always at your starting hand. But it seems with the centurion line, your opponent has to choose wether to disrupt RDA or cent calamity so you always have a back up for soul getting negated
Crimson at 2 isn't necessary since it's searchable by like 12 different cards in deck but the prosp at 2 isn't a bad idea for the 3rd call since you do need the extra deck in this build
the field spell IS protected by it since its own effect of the field spell cannot be destroyed if centurion monster is on your field, so technically it is protected by the level 12 synchro
Can I see some replays of what to do through interruptions or something? I'm a big Centur-Ion enjoyer and I'm super new to the Resonator half so I'm looking to learn how to play it :)
Activate it, place trudea, bring it up and use it's effect to place primera, primera summon add gorgoyle, special summon gorgoyle by sending field spell, make auxula, add another field spell, end phase auxula places back primera. Then on your opponents turn you'd bring trudea and primera into the monster zone syncro into crimson dragon and summon calamity. Your welcome 😎
Thank you very much for this creative deck profile. It seems like you're the only one who came up with the idea of mixing Centurion with RDA. I've bought all the Centurion cards now and will try it out at my locals next week. If you ever make a follow-up video on this deck in the future, I would be very happy :)
deck looks so fucking sick ih my god the main concern now becomes going second, the pure variant was amazing going second because of the non engine slots plus resilience when you open starters and extenders I suppose going second we should trim down on the centurion cards, probably keeping in 1 field, 1 oath 1 each name without the big dragon? needs testing
My plan to clamity lock is without using Crimson Dragon. Summon Primera, then trigger field spell to synchro sith Primera, Vison/Crimson, plus Red Risng. Use Axuailla to search the field spell and thenfield spell to search Prinera.

@@QwertheproDepends what situation you’re referring to, Droplet is one of the main teched counters to deal with turn skips like puppet lock & calamity, so going for supernova+redzone+calamity does nothing to protect from that, leaving you with nothing if they have it Calamity wasn’t reasonable to summon at the time of the structure decks, it’s only thanks to the new centurion stuff that it’s worth playing now
Honestly it can be, it is hard to learn the synchro summon ways the deck puts out but it's not difficult to get most of the cards. Like for example you don't need need dis pater to play I've been doing fine without it and most of the time I go for supernova + abyss + red zone and there is alot of other combos so it depends
Bone is better to add off of soul and playing x1 crime and x1 red reign is a mistake since half the time you're drawing red reign. Crime could have seen play pre-structure deck but now you don't need him.
i probably stupid but i still cant figure out how bonar is a one card combo. we're not playing any link 1s in the deck, so what on earth can you do with it outside of summon and modulate levels?
Ordering from all over Europe & dealing with CM instant transfer fees / random import taxes & mad shipping costs isn’t worth it unless it’s for a card that’s hard to come by or a fresh buyout target imo
Is the ruling different between TCG and MD, because red zone has never been live for me with either Bane or Abyss only when the Orignal RDA or Scarred is on the field?
Scarred and Starlight become the original Red Dragon Archfiend while on the field, while Red Nova Dragon (the old lvl12) and Majestic Red Dragon mention the original Red Dragon Archfiend in their text, thus enabling Red Zone. Hot Red Dragon Archfiends (and its evolutions of Abyss, Bane, Calamity) as well as Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend don't mention the original Red Dragon Archfiend anywhere in their text so they can't be used with the destruction effect of Red Zone.
