Thanks for the kind words. I like the weed torch and I hope it will help with the grass along my fence line. I appreciate you stopping by. Take care and God bless.
@@simplegrower5838 , There are several youtube vids of folks using their weed torch to cook food. I was wondering if you've ever tried it. It would certainly be something to see at a cook-out party or get-together. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eURg52s65xc.html
That looks like a handy tool Deb, all that compost what a wonderful resource that is. And once you get your livestock you'll have a steady supply of manure... Your plants are going to do well. Thanks for showing us the red dragon all the best Steve
Thanks Steve! I'm going to have fun with that torch. I'm hitting the livestock auction this Spring for my pigs and chickens. Thanks for checking out my post. Take care and God bless.
Thanks for stopping by. I love my weed torch too. Mine clogged once but I set it out in the sun to warm up the burner pipe and it worked...whew! Blessings friend.
These things are awesome. Just a couple seconds over the weed and it eventually dies and doesn't mess with the worms and microbes cause it doesn't heat up the dirt just blasts the weed and messes up its cellular function and structure. Blessings friend, deb.
That's a cool toy! Good for weeds and a bonus for the zombie apocalypse 😂. Thanks very much for showing that handy dandy machine. Hope you have a great day tomorrow ❤️
Ohhh I loved using my torch!! I'm not a pyro BUT ya know hehe but I also used it in the winter to melt a hole in my troughs that didnt have a tank heater 😁
Hi Deb. A quick tip. I use my mr buddy heater and someone awhile back gave me a tip on propane plugging up. Tip: turn off tank first let the red dragon go out then put the dragon in off position. My mr buddy starts up everytime. The heat from fire on your dragon burns your startup components clean.
What a beautiful farm you have, thanks for sharing the red dragon, pretty cool. Be careful because I was always taught that if you play with fire you'll pee to bed lol

How strange. I replied to you last night, but I guess it didn't post. Aren't these torches cool! I think I'm going to like blasting weeds. Stay warm friend! God bless, deb.
That looks like a pretty awesome tool there. I've been thinking about getting a weed torch, but wasn't sure which brand to go with. Thanks for all the info and the demo.
Look at @Balsam Acres post below. She has a tip for making sure the line doesn't get plugged. First turn off the propane tank, then turn off the weed torch control. That way you clear the line of excess propane that if let set in the line will gel and foul the line. Best, Deb
Oh Rusty! I'm sorry you miss your green grass. The weather has been so weird here. 60 today. The grass doesn't know what it's supposed to do. I'm still mowing...😑
Always check gas leak with dish liquid before you turn on torch. I was a roofer and I carry in my tools a little bottle of dish liquid . not the way you did . You said you are a retired firefighter and you made those mistakes, wow.
That may be the plumbers putty you see. It kind of looks like a pill. The white putty came with the torch. It's like plumbers tape; it keeps the seal tight between the propane tank and the torch. Thanks for stopping by.
I believe you are experiencing the perception of 2 dimensional TV. The flame is closer to the tank than it appears. If you are not comfortable with the tool, I suggest you do not use it. Blessings~
