The Skitterwalk topwater lure took a beating this fall with the morning topwater action. The Speckled Trout, Silver Mullet and Hot Pink were my favorites (and the fishes, too). The sound of the Skitterwalk brings an anxious anticipation with every dog-walking rod stroke until finally that fish surfaces with the "THUMP-SWOOSH" and the party ensues!
Check out this Red Drum crashing the Silver Mullet Skitterwalk and then swimming towards me causing me to reel in hyper-mode before the fish turns and starts screaming drag like the powerful Red Drum is known for.
Life is ticking....better get topwater fishing!
