The “supposed” hell universe where he’s all powerful. A universe that, by the way, is two dimensional. Aka infinitely weaker than our own three dimensional universe. Red doesn’t just get clapped by any kaiju in the godzilla pantheon, he gets clapped by drawing a circle around him.
