In relation to red flag number two it’s kind of hard to prove that we sleep in the same bed when I am in Australia and I’m engaged to an American citizen, these red flags might be justified, but for two people into different countries that want to be married and spend their life together, is basically impossible to have any of that paperwork

Hey I got some questions about visa and things I live in usa my fiance lives un serbia we tried to get her travel visa to cone here but the embassy website wouldn't let her summit her application for fiance visa on the website. So I tried here in America same thing happened I could fill out everything the I try to summit it said website is under maintenance for lije 2 months then i tried again same nothing will summit. I also have stage 4 cancer my fiance doesn't care if she comes here or if I go there but I want her here because doctors are better here I think. Hello. I hope someone could lead me towards the right path. My sister's husband married her so he could come to the usa. Shes a usa citizen but currently living abroad and waiting for her husband to get a job and buy an apartment etc..... now she needs him but hes sort of backing off. They have been married for 3 years. And the number 1 biggest problem is that she was sort of a special child. Now an adult btw. If she was 100% normal, this wouldn't be happening. So he basically used her. Is there anyway he can be deported?

Hi, I submitted the I-751 2 years ago and my status is showing "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" It has been showing this for 13 months now. I am in New York. Is this normal? Thank you!
