Love y'alls videos and it's great seeing Red get some attention again! Looking forward to when y'all get on the road again... It would be awesome to see y'all put together a travel series on RU-vid.
Family Bradventures Thanks! That’s the plan right now. Trying to set up out YT channel so we can roll right into telling the story of our travels once the truck is done 👍🏻
I know im asking the wrong place but does someone know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Sebastian Alonso thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Are you able to make another video about how they have held up for 2 years? I’m really considering buying these same seats. And also thank you so much for the video!! I have ripped seats with old seat covers and this looks like a perfect replacement
Go buy a ammo can 10$ and most boat shops carry replacement cup holders 3$each. Hole saw and you have a great cup holder that doesn’t take up much room . Ran one in my 3rd gen for years. If you find a 2nd gen runner you can use the brackets to hold your ammo can your 3rd gen floor should all ready have the holes for the center console bracket.
Which seat bracket did you choose for the driver side? and which for passenger side? I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup. Hoping I can bolt everything up nice and easy like you did!
How do you like the Corbeau seats now that you've had them for a while? I am in the market and these are one of the seats I'm considering. Any complaints?
Where are you guys located in Alberta? Would you be interested in collaborating? I'm in Cranbrook BC, so not far from AB border. It would be sweet to get both our rigs in a video, completely different styles of builds, but same truck!
I’m going to put either the Corbeau RS or XRS reclining suspension seats in my 2003 GMC Jimmy but I do not want them to sit higher than my stock seats. Actually I’d like them to sit an inch lower. Corbeau offers a seat bracket for my application that is 3.25”. They also have a universal bracket that is 2”. Do you think I’d be better off with the 2” bracket to counter the additional height of the suspension seats?
How many clips are holding the back and bottom of the seat together, trying to decide if I should get the seat heater installed by them or do it myself
What measurements did you use? I was sent the three different seat brackets measurements from corbeau but am getting a combination of all measurements.
That is my concern as well. As a bigger guy I don’t want the new seats to sit taller than than the stock seats. In fact I’d like them to be an inch lower. The Corbeau bracket for my vehicle is 3.25” but they also make a 2” and even a 1” universal bracket. I’m trying to decide which brackets I should get.
I've been giving some updates on Instagram ( instagram.com/desktoglory ) but it's definitely the more extreme end of what you can do. Total Chaos long travel, 63" springs out back, and Icon 2.5 shocks all around.
