Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform as a service based on Red Hat OpenShift 

SIX Group, the core infrastructure provider for the Swiss financial center, has automated the onboarding of users to Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.3. This new product is running as a service on top of an OpenShift-based PaaS with the help of Red Hat Consulting. This offering has helped major SIX Group users easily migrate from Ansible Tower to Ansible Automation Platform 2.3.
SIX Group worked with Red Hat Consulting to develop an additional Ansible operator, enabling the solution to fit into zero-trust (disconnected) environments.
With this new service managed in several independent OpenShift clusters, different teams across Europe (e.g. Switzerland and Spain) can easily deploy and use Ansible Automation Platform 2.3 in less than 10 minutes.
In this session, a Senior System Engineer from SIX Group and a Principal Consultant from Red Hat will:
Walk through the architecture and the need for an additional operator.
Discuss the CI/CD process using Tekton, Molecule, and ArgoCD.
Describe Day 1 and Day 2 (e.g., license, configuration (LDAP, time zone, logging), backup, upgrade) operation automation.
Illustrate their migration process from Ansible Tower to Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.3.
Share their experience with execution environments using ansible-builder and private automation hub.
Provide use cases of end users.
