The Bible says in the end times Jerusalem will become a burdensome stone for the entire world. Therefore, it is not farfetched to see all that is going on now is leading up to this. We are told to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and so let's be obedient as the Word of God unfolds before our eyes.
I find it hard to believe that in 2024 people are so indoctrinated that they believe the only way to cleanse the spirit and purify the soul is to sacrifice animals, in all honesty they don t have to worry about giving away their sins and mis deeds if another creature pays with it s life. This whole situation is disgusting, as is the starvation and murder of thousands of innocent Palestinians. My Jesus and My God would never demand killing of anything to prove devotion.

All curses are done away with in Christ. Paul got involved in those vows to appease the church leaders who were still clinging to the law and were afraid they were going to come under persecution. It was Paul that was used to reveal to us that the blood of bulls, goats, etc. is no longer viable. What they are doing is abominable.

While what you are saying is common teaching in many churches, we meed to consider that Paul did this after completing writing large sections of the NT. He who had endured so much persecution and suffering for the gospel, did he so easily compromise and partake in an abomination like this - endorsed by other church leaders and members in Jerusalem? Or was this common practice among the early believers and not seen as a contradiction of the gospel? After all, the book of Acts records that many priests came to faith - and gives no record that they stopped serving in the temple. The disciples in fact gathered there daily and were held in high esteem - which they certainly would have lost if they suddenly stopped doing the sacrifices commanded by God.
The restarting of the temple sacrifices is the abomination that makes desolate ... the Israelite religious leaders put on display for the whole world to see that they reject their Messiah and our Savior Jesus of Nazareth. A slap in the face to YHWH.
If the sacrifices are the abomination- then when Jesus spoke these words in matt 24, all the disciples should have fled straight to the mountains.... also in the book of acts, Paul pays for the Nazarene vows of several believers- which involves them going to the Temple and bringing sacrifices. If they had no problem doing this, then surely it is not the abomination of desolation?

The sacrifice of the red heifers is not an atonement of sin sacrifice. It is a process according to the book of Leviticus needing to take place to cleanse the temple, the people, the tools the artefacts to make it a Holy Place. Reinstatement of sin sacrifices is indeed an abomination to the lord, but it is written in prophecy that in Jesus Millennial reign on earth there will be an alter in the temple where there will be burnt sacrifice. (This is something I don’t understand yet, but I’m trusting the lord)
@supernaturally255 thank you for your comment and you are right that the red heifer offering is not a sin offering and has to do with cleansing for the temple. Where do you find the scripture though that says that sin offerings are an abomination? In fact, when Paul paid for the Nazarene sacrifices of other disciples (after writing much of the NT) these sacrifices included sin offerings. Either he compromised greatly at this moment and should have repented (there is no record of this) or the disciples did not see the sin offering in the temple as a contradiction of Messiah’s saving sacrifice. After all, when did He tell His disciples to stop sacrificing what His Father had commanded?
@@PsEnochLavender You are not getting the central point I am making Pastor. The law has been done away with in the work and covenant of our Savior. Blood sacrifices all come categorically under the old covenant and law. In fact, if they are going to construct a building and call it God's "temple", then they are living in deception. We (born-again believers) are the new and current temple of God. If we sin, we go to our High Priest to obtain forgiveness and grace. His Blood is sufficient. The early saints struggled with transitioning from the law, and Paul, who authored "I become all things to all people that I may win some to Christ", was in this predicament for his entire ministry. I once hired a young Hebrew lady who was betrothed to a Hassidic Jew and a leader in its New York community. She relayed the fact (well guarded by the orthodox jews), that it is a historic fact that EVERY high priest that entered the Holy of Holies between the crucifixion of our Lord and the destruction of the temple in 70AD was struck dead and had to be pulled out by the rope tied around his ankle. There are several other similar facts about the temple service that were similar during that period (the red piece of cloth/thread never turned white, the temple doors simply could not be kept closed, etc. etc.) Read Galatians brother.
Sorry - that is a typo on the powerpoint slide - it was referring to sat. 30th of March. While the Red Heifer sacrifice didn't happen on that day, the Temple Institute has just announced that they have found a priestly candidate suitable for the task of sacrificing the heifer - so we are getting closer!

Yes I am concerned that in the midst of prophetic excitement over the red heifers, Christians can end up spreading news that is sensational but not fully true - and ultimately inciting more tension on the ground with the Islamic world.

They only saw in part. 12:11 from time daily sacrifice gone , when Rome exited population, NEXT mosque set up 691 BC add 1290 days takes us to 1980s Leading us into the Tribulation with Desert storm / inifada/ Kuwait fires, the sky was darkened ( for 6months) NEXT Blessed are they that make it to 1335 years after 691 which is 2026. But if the mosque is the abomination of desolation and has been standing since year 691, then according to Jesus we should all have fled to the mountains and stayed there ever since this mosque was erected. Jesus said "when you see the abomination of desolation, then flee to the mountains" matt 24:15 So either we should take Jesus seriously and flee to the mountains now or the term abomination of desolation points to something else 🤔
