Monk, I am from Chicago, and had a Recording Studio with the late Great Louis Satterfield. He said that any Musician who studied under Walter Dyett, could hold their own against any of the best Player's in the World. Satt could talk shit like a lot of Brothers, but when He was serious, you could feel the weight of His Conviction; like an anchor around your neck. When He spoke of Captain Dyett, He was as serious as a Heart Attack.
