It's not a hack, it's literally a part of the game. You just gotta use the flashbang grenade playing as Red Hood, then you move forward and double tap your jump button.

@@PrincePeno Try it at mid distance or long distance, you can do the exact same thing that I just did, do it at a very close distance then you'll just do the usual aerial jump attack
